Hi. I'm looking for a roommate (or two) to share an apartment/townhouse. Ideally would like to find a place around mid-September & beginning of October. I am 27 year old male and work in Winchester but would be willing to live somewhere within a half hour commute (Front Royal, Stephens City, Middletown, Strasburg, Berryville, etc.) About me: I'm a respectful, social, and kind young professional who is responsible about rent and bills. Majority of my time is spent at work, participating in civic activities, and visiting friends in the DC area. I do not have any pets but would not mind living with pets. Price- I'd prefer my half not to go higher than $600 (utilities included), but I can go a little higher if need be.
