OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY ASSISTANT Location: OUR LADY OF BELLEFONTE HOSPITAL, ASHLAND, KY Department: HH OT Requisition Number: xxxx4 Schedule: Full Time Shift: Day Hours: M-F 8-5 Holiday/Vacation Coverage: Yes Job Details: OUR LADY BELLEFONTE HOSPITAL POSITION SUMMARY An Occupational Therapy Assistant shall treat patient's according to plan of treatment provided by an occupational therapist following the evaluation of patient. An occupational therapy assistant shall document treatment and progress of treatment in medical record and report changes in patient status to the Occupational Therapist. The Occupational Therapy Assistant will provide quality occupational therapy services to assigned individuals under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist. Occupational Therapy services will be provided to Home Health, in patient, and out-patient population. Job Requirements 1. Graduate of Occupational Therapist Assistant School approved by American occupational Therapy Association. 2. Active Licensure in Kentucky and Ohio. 3. One year of recent acute care experience preferred, but not required.
