CLERK Location: BELLEFONTE PHYSICIAN SERVICES, INC., ASHLAND, KY Department: PRIMARY CARE SOUTH ASHLAND Requisition Number: xxxx2 Schedule: Part Time Shift: Day Hours: M-T 10AM-5PM Job Details: BELLEFONTE PHYSICIAN SERVICES, INC. POSITION SUMMARY Work under the direct supervision of the Practice Manager or Office Coordinator, in collaboration with the care team and physician. Performs the primary functions of a Registration/ Check-In and Check Out Clerk. This is to include following all the protocols, the policies and procedures, in the performance of their job duties. Assist in all the daily clerical duties. Accepts the responsibility in the management of Bellefonte Physician Services, Inc., resources(supplies and equipment). Completes all competencies training related to the duties of the job. This position is the front line to the Office, and customer service skills and registration accuracy are essential. Job Requirements 1. High School Diploma or equivalent. 2. 1 -2 years of medical office experience preferred.
