B&W Bowers & Wilkins Nautilus 804 Speakers in Huntington, West Virginia For Sale
For sale is a pair of Bowers & Wilkins Nautilus 804 speakers in black ash finish.
Although the manufacturers specification speaks for itself below, as an owner of other Nautilus speakers I can also vouch for the fact that the 804s have a very similar sonic signature to their bigger and much more expensive brothers.
In fact, the midrange and tweeters are all but identical, and what they lose in bottom end by having slightly smaller bass drivers I can honestly say is a subjective matter, there is certainly nothing 'missing' in the tone, and is certainly to my ears the best floorstanding speaker money can buy without going to a model very much physically larger - and much more expensive.
The benefit however of the smaller size, is again as the B&W spec outlines, at less than a foot wide and just over a foot deep, they are a lot more inconspicuous and 'lounge friendly' than the larger models which can tend to dominate a room.
They are of course in full working order and have been used in a smoke, child, and pet free home. They do sound awesome!!!!!!

Flowport: Golf ball aerodynamics theory points the way towards lower distortion reflex ports. Dimples improve the way the air flows over the surface of any object. In the case of reflex ports, they offer a significant improvement over simply flaring the port ends in reducing air flow turbulence at each end of the port; so you get less chuffing noise and less compression at high sound levels.

Condition: These speakers are in very good condition. Cosmetically, these are like new except for being used and you could find something with a magnifying glass upon that close an inspection.
