Karina is a six year old Pit mix that seems to wear the cares of the world on her shoulders. She was turned in by her owner because they had too many animals. She seemed weary, looked like she had been a Mommy too many times and was in such bad shape that a visit to the Vet was arranged with great haste. She had some badly infected teeth removed and was spayed. Karina is now more energetic but still seems to bear the emotional scars of her past life.
