Most people would be hesitant to meet me because I am the bounciest dog in the whole shelter! What I am hoping to do is bounce right out of this place and into your arms. My name is Cecil and I am an adorable little fella longing for a family to love me. I had a family once but hard times forced them to give me up. So here I bounce away my time! What many don't realize is that I am quite delightful out of my cage. I play nicely in the run with my toys and am very well-behaved. I am still trying to figure out the walking-well-on-leash thing, but fortunately I am not as big and strong as I like to think I am, so it is easily managed.
